Billy is a former pupil of Terenure College and the current Ireland 7s captain. Billy has lead the Ireland 7s team onto the main 7s circuit this year for the first time in the teams history. Billy and his team now have their sights set on qualifying for the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics.
